CFG Trading Whistleblowing Line

Terms of Use

The CFG Whistleblowing Line (the “Service”) is provided solely for reporting violations of the Code of Ethics of CFG Trading Switzerland SA (CHE‑273.441.944) and its affiliates. The Service complies with whistleblower protection standards under Swiss and EU law.

Scope of the Service

The Service is not intended for:

  • Consumer or customer complaints about products or services
  • Complaints involving third parties that are not affiliated with the Company
  • Domestic or personal disputes outside the scope of Company responsibility

The Company reserves the right to refuse reports that do not meet these criteria. Users must be at least 18 years old to submit reports.

Protection & Accountability

Good-faith reporting is protected under:

  • EU Whistleblower Directive (2019/1937), which grants legal protection against retaliation for reporters who reasonably believe that a breach has occurred :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}

Malicious, knowingly false reporting is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

Your report is reviewed under the laws of the country where the incident occurred. All legal relationships arising in connection with the report are governed by locales of the event or by Swiss law. Interpretations should follow the law of that country or Switzerland where relevant.

Not an Emergency Service

This Service is not for emergencies. It is not monitored in real time and should not be used to report incidents that endanger life or property. If immediate assistance is required, contact local emergency services.

Confidentiality & Use of Information

  • Reports are treated as confidential and handled in line with our Privacy Statement.
  • Data is used solely to investigate and address reported violations.
  • By submitting a report, you authorize CFG and its affiliates to collect, process, store, and use the information as permitted by Swiss revFADP and the GDPR.

Disclosure Requirements

CFG may disclose your data:

  • When required by law or regulatory bodies
  • To protect system integrity or prevent misuse
  • To assist law enforcement in enforcing legal rights

CFG provides the reporting platform only and does not verify the accuracy of the information provided. Investigations and resolutions are the responsibility of CFG in compliance with Swiss and EU law.

This Service is not a secure government channel and must not be used to transmit classified national security information.

Release of Liability

By submitting a report, you acknowledge that CFG’s only obligation is to receive and forward your report. CFG shall not be liable for actions or failures by CFG or associated entities in response to your report. You release CFG, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors from any claims arising from handling or non-handling of the report.
